The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Their knowledge and experience of the local market and local companies are a direct benefit to anyone working with them.

The pictures Carol personally took of our house, both inside and out, were exemplary and went into her advertising campaign for our house. There's no doubt in my mind that they were very instrumental in the quickness in which we got under contract. Carol knew what buttons to push and when to push them to get the job done correctly. She interacted with the buyers agent when appropriate, smoothed out the rough edges when needed and coordinated the scheduling of the house inspections with us so that they would go off without a hitch. Carol was very knowledgeable about the whole house sale process and handled all issues with the utmost professionalism. We chose Carol because we knew of her outstanding reputation in the business and trusted her instincts on how to sell our house in the shortest amount of time. She did not disappoint!
