The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Carol gave us advise on how to improve the property in order to get top dollar. She monitored our progress and made recommendations throughout the renovation process. The buyer was not very easy to deal with but she handled the task at hand professionally. Carol was a pleasure to work with! Documents were handled in an exceptionally timely manner. Although the sale of my father's dream home that he built from the ground up was very hard to part with, I have the memories of the wonderful times my family had there.
