And, her ability to communicate critical things to us in a way that was easy to comprehend greatly facilitated our decision-making and made this a stress-free and enjoyable and rewarding experience - this was very important to us since neither my wife nor I were very familiar with the intricate details of buying or selling property. And to note, this wasn't the first time my wife and I purchased property as we both separately bought properties in the past through other local Realtors. After working with Carol and her team for this recent home/condo sale and new home purchase and looking back at our individual past experiences with other Realtors, we've come to realize just how important it is to have a seasoned, experienced, professional Realtor working for you when buying a house. Although our first home purchases with these former local Realtors were "acceptable", our recent experience with Carol made us realize that Realtors are not all the same and that Carol and her team are truly on another level of performance and experience that I feel would be hard to surpass by any other Realtor. While the former Realtors "met" our expectations, Carol and her team far exceeded our expectations. It was truly a 5-star experience. If and when we have to do this again, we would without a doubt use Carol and her team again.
