The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Buyer reviewI had worked with Carol and her team in the past and was very pleased, so I was a natural return customer. They did an outstanding job navigating challenges in the purchase of our home this time around. The selling agent was not local, which resulted in a number of difficulties working through repairs to the house before closing. Carol went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved in order to meet our closing date and was the level head through a stressful buying experience due to the complications on the seller side. We were grateful to have her and her team representing us. Carol and her team are responsive, professional, and will listen to your needs, but are also honest and clear in their communications regarding your expectations and the realities of the market and your purchase. We received excellent guidance right in line with achieving our goals. I could not provide any higher recommendation than to say if I needed to buy or sell a house in Southern Maryland I would only make one phone call - to the Choporis Crispell Team.

Seller reviewIn brief, Carol outlined a sale strategy for our home and our condo in very short order that was backed with real market data. She began workin immediately to find prospective buyers while also working with us to locate new property. She worked so efficiently at this that she found prospective buyers for both properties within one month which did not require us to even list our property. She also showed us numerous properties and helped us make our final decision to build a new house (which is now under construction). We couldn't be happier!!
