The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Seller reviewIn our dealings with Carol Kalmus-Choporis, we found her to be very professional and knowledgeable on sales in our area, and she knew exactly what price to suggest in evaluating our home. Throughout the sale she was always there to assist us if a problem arose, and we leaned on her heavily. Along with Cindy her Associate, she had an open house, put a beautiful brochure together of our home, yard and shoreline which she distributed to the boat show and other interested parties. Always cheerful, we enjoyed working with this team, and if the need arises we will definitely use her services again. We would also recommend her services to our friends/family. Seller reviewTried ReMax the previous year without even a SINGLE showing. Carol Choporis showed a tremendously detailed knowledge of the area. Moreover, she truly understood our wants and needs and worked closely with us to market the property. The 9-month days-on-the-market figure is VERY misleading. During that time, Carol brought us THREE full-price contracts-each in less than 4 weeks. The first fell through because the buyers were unable to sell their existing home. The second fell through because (in our opinion) the buyer's lender was attempting to sell a too-highly-priced mortgage to the buyer who ultimately failed to qualify for the loan. The third contract completed in under 90 days. Carol Choporis and Tina Henderson were a fabulous team. They went above and beyond to make this sale. We HIGHLY recommend them. Far beyond expectations.

The agent also helped me several months before listing to get home ready to sell. Because I do not live near the properties that were sold and am not familiar with the rules and laws of the state, I relied on Carol in many ways. Carol is a true full service agent.
