The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Their knowledge and experience of the local market and local companies are a direct benefit to anyone working with them.

Seller reviewWe wanted a broker that was professional in all aspects. Carol Kalmus-Choporis is very knowledgeable about the market. We also wanted someone with good negotiating skills, which Carol has. Our house was a more expensive house for the area. Carol did a wonderful job marketing our home from the beautiful on line pictures that she took, to the impressive Yard sign. The Open house that she planned for the other brokers took a lot of planning from the caterer to setting up brochures. Her marketing skills got our house sold quickly. Other characteristics that Carol displayed was hardworking, tenacity, honesty and an engaging personality. With all those qualities we highly recommend her. Carol smoothly walked us through the sale of our house. This was a large financial transaction for us and we always had confidence in Carol. Carol was excellent!
