There were several occasions I would randomly want to stop by the house during the building process and would run into Joey checking on our property for us. He gave us great tips to get our home ready to sell, which helped us to get our home listed quickly. After it was listed we had 4 offers within 36 hours, and ended up selling for $20k over list price. Leading up to closing he was so professional in working with everyone involved with the transaction, and coordinating everything involved so that our deadlines were met without any stress.
