We loved how he did his research around the area, also finding out what things were important to the seller so we could make a strong offer. He was very helpful. As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and he helped us not only with out questions but also making us feel comfortable asking them. We were extremely impressed with Chad, he has been with us every step of the way, making us feel comfortable. He did great with negotiations and putting in an offer that was strong and stood out. We were able to get picked out of 16 offers! We're so grateful for all he helped us with!!
