Seller reviewChad undertood our previous experience trying to sell our home (not with him) and it wasn't positive. Immediately Chad walked us through everything and communicated with us all the time. Seller reviewI was not initially convinced that Drew would be the best agent for us, since hiis office is in Salt Lake rather than Bountiful. However, he was most professional, open to suggestion, and available for every little question or concern I had. He kept us up to date on every aspect of the transaction with the buyers, and followed through to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. In my opinion he did his job and then some!

Buyer reviewMy wife and I were lost on what to do first when buying a home. We tried talking to banks, family, even friends, but no one was able to help us. The banks wouldn't talk to us because "we didn't have enough saved up for a down payment", and everyone else made the process seem almost impossible. Derrick reached out to us after we did some research and stumbled across the Century 21 Everest website. Derrick was very considerate and walked through the whole process, multiple times. He gave us confidence that we could purchase a house. He was very patient with us and considerate to our needs and our wants. We now own our house and are quite happy with it.
