When Derrick checked in on us it always felt like a friend checking in to make sure we were doing well. Finally, when we were ready to purchase a home, Derrick was the person we called and he was there for us. Not only is he meticulously organized, he is a subject matter expert in his field, kind, has a wonderful sense of humor, and is chalked up in my book as one of the best humans I've ever had the pleasure of meeting which all resulted in TRUST! Derrick is the only person I will ever take my real estate needs to, I know I can always call him for anything related to my home even after closing and he will at least listen and offer wise counsel. Century 21 is lucky to have a professional of this stature.
