Seller reviewFirst of all, Brad helped us find a rental property - something he did out of the goodness of his heart. He didn't get paid for this. After that he would bring us hot cider in the winter and a mum in the fall and little things like that which kept us in contact with him. Also, he sent out helpful mailers with interesting information. When it came time to buy a home, he was our guy...no questions asked. One month into the sale of our home, we found out my dad had colon cancer. We felt like we needed to move sooner than we had planned. We left our home vacant. It gave me great peace to know that our home (now 1500 miles away) was in good hands with Brad looking over things and helping us with every aspect. There are just no words to convey our appreciation. Being 1500 miles away, Brad recommended a window cleaner, a house cleaner/stager, and a home services company. All of which were very professional and helped us get our home sold. We literally could not have sold our home without Brad. I would highly recommend Brad Elliott to anyone in need of real estate services.
