Buyer reviewIt was very important for us that the agent understand our needs so that we save both our time. Priya was patient and understanding of our requirements, time availability and worked with us to complete the paperwork in a timely fashion. Nowhere did we feel that we were not given time or we wish we had done this/that. She made sure that we saw everything that we would have liked/ though we liked before we made our big decision. She never made us feel that we were asking too much or pushing her. She understood that it is important for us to feel comfortable about our choice and infant encouraged and pushed us (!) to see more before we decide! This helped us a great deal in feeling good about our purchase. This also made us feel like Priya was always on our side and that we were not a means of living for somebody else. Having explored briefly with another agent from another reference where we were not getting what we had hoped for, we understand the time we saved by working with Priya. I would recommend her to our friends any day. Even the meetings at the Century 21 offices were well organized, succinct and tie efficient.
