Felix had a ton of patience with my family when we bought the house and we had a great experience with him then. When it came time to sell it was a no brainer and he delivered as we had every confidence he would. He understood our situation with the relocation and what we had put into the house as far as renovations. If only Felix lived in my new state he would have been my agent to help me find my new house.
