I've always had a distrust of sales-people. Never liked car shopping because of it. One of my biggest concerns with buying a home was that I would be stuck with someone that just wanted me to buy as much house for as much money as I would spend. I seriously lucked out when my friends recommended Felix Tomayo to me. Felix was always prompt and on time with our appointments, always had a smile on and tons of helpful information. I understand it must be difficult to be a Real Estate Agent for a first-time-homebuyer, but Felix was extremely patient with us and coached us through every aspect of the process. I can't recommend this gentleman enough. If I'm buying my next home in New Jersey, I will gladly use Felix again

My husband and I met Felix Tamayo during an Open House Felix was hosting. Although the house did not meet our needs, Felix inquires as to what we were looking for and how quickly we were looking to purchase a home. Although we were not ready at the time to move, Felix would check in with me and my husband from time to time to help us with any questions we had and giving us wonderful advice for when we were ready to sell our home.
