She was patient and constantly on my side anytime there were issues or frustrations with listings, deadlines, or sellers. She would always give helpful advice, while still encouraging me to make decisions that worked best for me. In the end, we ended up negotiating a hot property down below market value while still receiving funds to help with renovations. I'm very excited to make this property my own, and would absolutely recommend Kaili to any other home buyers around the Bloomington area!
