Buyer reviewWorking with Mike and Suzanne through the 1031 process could have been daunting to say the least. But quite the contrary, the long process with its deadlines went by smoothly almost effortlessly with the two of them covering my back in many instances. They are very easy to get along - patient to say the least - regardless of all the extra hoops they had to go through with the various properties. Mike was always there to answer every question and find options unforeseen at the time. Their knowledge of the valley and unique areas were a big plus. Can't recommend them enough!
