We absolutely loved working with the Garlands team! My husband and I were pretty new to the home buying process and were extremely nervous to start out. Mike and Susanne quickly felt like friends and walked us through everything. They were very patient, understanding and responded quickly when we had questions or let them know about a house we were interested in. They work seamlessly as a team and make sure things get done. We got our very first offer accepted during a time when the market in Arizona was super crazy! The Garlands are just genuinely lovely people and even my kids looked forward to when they came over. They do what's best for their clients and I highly recommend them to everyone!

We were brand new to Arizona, so we set out to investigate some neighborhoods where we would be possibly moving to. We came across a home where the Garlands were hosting an open house, and appreciated their expert knowledge on what we were looking for. Even though we told them we will be looking to purchase a home within six months, they were able to provide us with a lot of useful information. So when our time came, we quickly looked them up and got in touch right away. We were able to look at homes as soon as they came into the market, and with such tough competition this time around, they both told us the reality of the current situation which we appreciated. It was important for us to stay within our budget, and since we have small children we still wanted to be in a good/safe neighborhood with good schools. They helped us with all of that, and we were able to purchase a home we are all happy with. We also appreciated their patience with us as we made our decisions, and all of their useful advice, which we took. They really made the entire process simple because of their contacts with inspectors and such so we didn't need to go out hunting for one. Other than looking at homes, we didn't need to leave the house to get any work done. Everything was done online or through phone calls/ text messages, which made it very easy for us. This entire experience was really great thanks to Mike and Susanne Garland!

My expectations for home buying have changed after working with Mike and Susanne. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail were the driving factor in getting us into our first home. The setbacks of the market, being as they are, had no effect on Mike and Susanne. Their expertise and sense of urgency gave us such confidence when working alongside them. My family has been through a lot within the past year. We were blessed to have been introduced to both Mike and Susanne from the beginning. Ever since that first phone call and introduction with Mike we knew it was going to be a good friendship.
