Michelle Sherman was an absolute joy to work with. Trying to purchase a home while still living cross country has it's challenges, but she handled our stressful home hunt with so much professionalism and sensitivity. I remember trips I took to Texas with one or both of my babies (ages 8 months and 2 years) where she helped me juggle diaper changes or negotiating with a toddler, all while trying to showcase the features and benefits of each home we toured. She was so patient and helpful and made me and my family feel welcome in Texas from the beginning. To minimize the need for multiple stressful visits, she was willing to tour the homes on her own, take dozens of photos and videos, and provided us with thorough lists of pros and cons to each property (taking into account our long list of needs and wants). She has a very strong market knowledge of the area in which we were looking (Southlake and Colleyville) and it really helps to have an expert you can trust when you're making a large financial and emotional commitment in an area you know very little about. Her strong relationships and reputation in the area make her an buying agent that selling agents want to work with (which in our case was a huge help) and I'm sure the reverse is true too. I'm not sure where we would be without Michelle Sherman, but I know that I couldn't be happier with where we are today.
