Seller reviewHave known Roslyn Guantt for a number of years and she helped us find the 209 Mint Ln house. Know her integrity, hard work and wouldn't do business w/anyone else. Roslyn suggested a number of things to do to prepare the house to be sold ~ each of them were done. She told us to expect offers the 1st day it OPENED ~ we had 16 and it sold for over the asking price. She and her team KNOW their business. From start to finish ~ truly a Great experience!!

One of my biggest reasons for not selling sooner was the fear that we would not be able to schedule everything that needs to take place to sell a home with our two little girls. They are noisy and needy and can be very distracting. I knew Roslyn was the Realtor for us the first time we met her. She wasn't bothered one bit by the noisy, clingy children. She smiled and listened and even played with them. She worked around our schedule and met our needs. She was easy to talk to and very friendly. She came highly recommended to us and I would highly recommend her as well. We have been thrilled with our entire experience with Roslyn and the Gauntt team!
