Seller reviewRoslyn was able to use her experience and guide me through preparing the property for sale, the marketing and sales campaign, and the inspection and closing process. She explained everything honestly and clearly. Roslyn helped me through a very stressful situation of selling my mother's house at a very busy time in my life. Roslyn was always reassuring and calm.

Buyer reviewAfter the sale of our house, and considering my husband and I were separated, I needed to find a smaller home very quickly. Michelle Sherman and the Gauntt Team helped me look at homes on Sunday and late in the evenings after work and usually with very short notice. They were always willing to help me and they had great communication regarding my special circumstance. Knowing your agent personally helps, but the fact they have the experience in this area and really know the market made a very difficult time just a little easier. I will always refer this team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Hands down, they are the best!!

We had a special situation so the fact that Roslyn Gauntt and her team knew how to handle the sale of our house, help with the staging, the use of professional pictures and marketing of our home really helped us stand out. Even after we had multiple offers on the same day it hit the market in pouring rain, she took the time to go over each offer. She made us aware of everything to consider when accepting a contract. I will always recommend Roslyn and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She is more enthusiastic and more "on top of things" than any realtor we have had in the past. She helped us while we were not in Texas... she checked house after house... she kept in close contact with with us and with our daughter. It almost seemed that we were the only people she was working with to find a home. She kept in the right areas of Grapevine, she kept in our price range, she made sure that all parts of paper work were taken care of. We would reommend her without hesitation. Roslyn rates an A+ in all categories of a fine realtor.

Seller reviewRoslyn Gauntt is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Until Roslyn retires I will not use any one else. She knows the market - she knows how to position properties for a quick sale. She does the research needed to move a property and comes to the FIRST meeting well prepared. We were at ease after the first meeting knowing the plan to make the sale happen. Roslyn also helped us on the purchase side. She was readily available and assisted in overcoming the difficulties "sellers" can sometimes create. She goes above and beyond (even to the point of packing a few boxes) She is the best! Love her!!!
