As first time homebuyers, we had so many questions and were overwhelmed by the current seller's market. Michelle was fantastic at guiding us through the process all while being kind and patient through the self-inflicted panic (mostly mine...) as we looked at houses. I've known Roslyn for many years and always assumed she was a good realtor based on having won many awards. Now I know first hand she's just what I thought and more. We quickly learned dealing with some potential buyers can be very trying. Roslyn kept us focused on the end result as we negotiated thru the issues.
