Buyer reviewRay was very good in responding to questions I had, didn't have to wait long and made sure I had all the information I needed when making the purchase, he made sure the money was going to the right place. When talking to Ray I felt like I could trust him in telling me what I needed to know when buying the land. And everything from start to finish went smoothly and when I had a question he was quick to get me answers. I would recommend Ray Hewitt he's been a great to work with!

Seller reviewTerri overcame many hurdles for us as we were absentee owners, directing damage repairs and appliance replacement long distance from our home in Michigan. Terri went above and beyond in many interactions with sub contractors and installers in our interest. She kept us abreast of developments and progress in painting, roof repair, flooring installation, drywall repair and replacement, bathroom fixture replacement and much more. She kept us apprised of issues with curb appeal and assisted in getting local sources to help with yard maintenance and cleanup. The list goes on and on and is almost too numerous to recount. I have sold several homes over the years and have never employed a more attentive, involved, and professionally top notch sales person than Terri. If you offered a category above EXCELLENT, Terri would rate in that category. I gave thought to each of the areas listed and she earned an "above Excellent-" Exemplary rating in each area.
