Seller reviewTerri overcame many hurdles for us as we were absentee owners, directing damage repairs and appliance replacement long distance from our home in Michigan. Terri went above and beyond in many interactions with sub contractors and installers in our interest. She kept us abreast of developments and progress in painting, roof repair, flooring installation, drywall repair and replacement, bathroom fixture replacement and much more. She kept us apprised of issues with curb appeal and assisted in getting local sources to help with yard maintenance and cleanup. The list goes on and on and is almost too numerous to recount. I have sold several homes over the years and have never employed a more attentive, involved, and professionally top notch sales person than Terri. If you offered a category above EXCELLENT, Terri would rate in that category. I gave thought to each of the areas listed and she earned an "above Excellent-" Exemplary rating in each area. If you are selling your home and you want an engaged, energetic, knowledgeable, and committed salesperson working for you; then Terri Hewitt is the person you should have in your corner.

Seller reviewTerri came immediately to view the house I wanted to sell. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and surrounding area. Terri did not pressure me to sign any agreement with her and that was refreshing. Terri kept me informed at all times as to when to expect inspections, and surveying, etc. She texted me even when there wasn't any information about a potential sale. Terri made me and my husband feel like she was a friend. When there was any occasion for a face to face meeting, Terri and her husband were willing to come to our house and sit on the patio whilst she discussed any conditions or news of a sale or to sign any paperwork. Due to the Covid-19 virus we were not allowing people into the home we lived in. She and her husband were willing to sit outside even on the hottest of days.
