Seller reviewTerri came immediately to view the house I wanted to sell. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and surrounding area. Terri did not pressure me to sign any agreement with her and that was refreshing. Terri kept me informed at all times as to when to expect inspections, and surveying, etc. She texted me even when there wasn't any information about a potential sale. Terri made me and my husband feel like she was a friend. When there was any occasion for a face to face meeting, Terri and her husband were willing to come to our house and sit on the patio whilst she discussed any conditions or news of a sale or to sign any paperwork. Due to the Covid-19 virus we were not allowing people into the home we lived in. She and her husband were willing to sit outside even on the hottest of days.

Buyer reviewOver a year ago my husband and I decided to retire to Palm Coast from S. Florida. We had no idea what we wanted in a new home. Smaller than our current home of 26 years, build new, remodel, in a HOA? The list went on. Terri has guided us through builders, resale homes and fixer uppers. She spent countless hours (months!) researching and showing us homes until we found the one for us. She even helped us find a temporary rental after the sale of our previous home! Never once did she make us feel like a nuisance-even though I'm sure we were! Terri always answered our calls and questions quickly. She and her husband Ray just naturally go above and beyond your expectations. You couldn't ask for more competent and caring realtors.
