Terri did outstanding by showing us as many houses that it took in order to finally settle on a house we loved and in our price range. She was always very patient with our family and listened to our needs. My 2 year old daughter loved going to showings because Terri was so good with her. I will highly recommend Terri to friends and family in the future.

Buyer reviewFrom the first moment I spoke with Terri Hewitt I knew that she was a professional, genuine person with an in-depth knowledge of real estate. She seem to have an understanding of what our needs were going to be from the outset. We spent 2 days looking around volusia and Flagler counties and her local knowledge assisted us in deciding the location of our new home. Terri Hewit always went above and beyond for us, she always remained calm and never let anything get her flustered. As we were building a new house she accompanied us on many occasions to construction meetings and appointments at the design center. At no point did we ever feel alone in the process of purchasing a house. Terri was always available either in person or via telephone to answer questions or queries if we had them. Since our closing we have remained friends and continue to see her complete dedication to her profession and her clients and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to purchase or sell a new home. Buyer reviewTerri Hewitt assisted us in finding a home that could be used as a group home. this was a corporate purchase and as such had several layers of staff that needed to see the home and give approvals. Terri made the necessary visits without any complaint and did her best to accommodate our schedules even when it meant rearranging her own. Terri has a very friendly personality and puts you at ease immediately. Within a short period, you begin to feel as if you have known her for a very long time. She was up to task of learning very quickly the things we look for in a home and the things that are not necessarily a plus for our needs, making the search process go smoothly. We were not wasting our time looking at homes that would not meet our needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend Terri Hewitt to anyone searching for property to purchase in the Daytona Beach area. You will be getting a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent when you choose Terri to assist you. She is seriously a gem.
