Buyer reviewTerri & Ray were very personable and knowledgeable with how to set up the homes that they figured we would like in the areas mentioned by us. My wife and I feel they both went above and beyond to get the deal done and even helped after the sale. Great experience and I think the wife and I found new friends We were in mass after we made the offer so communication would b huge. Terri was on top of everything all the way. There were never any worries on our end. Terri was great and called us as soon as she found there could be a problem. She explained to us the worst case scenario and asked if we still want s to go ahead. We of course did and trusted the process. It was right to follow our instincts

She helped facilitate a quick closing on our house thanks to her tireless hard work. She had the knowledge and contacts to get reliable companies to clear out, repair, and thoroughly clean our house. This was my late father's house and I live in Massachusetts so it was a sad and difficult situation that Terri made bearable and streamline. I can't thank her enough and am so glad that I was lucky enough to work with her.
