Scott was professional, knowledgeable of my building and appropriate price range with high, low and most probable sale price. He had an outstanding marketing plan that advertised my property in all relevant on-line services and contacted local agents to make them aware of my listing. He was never pushy and provided good answers to my numerous questions with a calm demeanor. He was friendly, easy to work with and helped resolve issues that came up during the sale. The condo was under contract three weeks after listing and sold for close to my asking price. I highly recommend Scott to meet all of your real estate agent requirements.

He instead took 45 minutes of his own time to educate me and helped put us in the right direction. This was very valuable to us and was an important factor in developing trust in Scott and wanting to proceed with working with him. Scott was great to work with. He was very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He made sure our best interests were aligned with the knowledge he was providing and the properties he was leading us to.
