My wife and I are not from the area so we had many phone conversations before we came down and met in person. Scott explained the whole process of shopping for condos in Myrtle Beach, from figuring out what we really wanted, to financing, to HOA and management fees, to property taxes and everything in between. He always took my call and patiently explained things that I want sure about. I always felt that he had my best interest in mind. I would definitely use him whether I was buying or selling a property, and would happily refer him to anyone who is looking for an excellent realtor.
