Buyer reviewRecommended by a friend who had worked with her before. Kim impressed me by being knowledgeable, caring, honest, and professional. Made excellent recommendations based on her experience in Chico market. Found a house which was not on my initial list which I am very happy with. She set up and followed up on all house inspections and took responsibility for a billing mistake when I was overcharged. Overall, a fantastic homebuying experience. Patient and clear communications and explanation of all documentation to an out-of-state buyer unfamiliar with local rules and disclosures. This was an unusual situation because I couldn't be there in person. Kim and her team handled everything flawlessly from the initial search through the escrow process, long distance, on a very tight deadline. Very happy with how things worked out. Couldn't ask for a better buyer's agent than Kim Jacobi.

Emmett is a total pro and a really great guy who was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and commitment to service, and even more than that, I appreciated his personality and the way he communicated with me. He really listened and responded to my needs and he seemed always available to talk and address any and all concerns I had. Emmett expertly mediated the negotiation between the buyer and me to arrive at an agreement about which both parties were thrilled. In the end, he saved me a bunch of money and got for me what I had hoped to get out of the sale much more quickly and with less hassle than I ever imagined was possible. I am so glad I was referred to Emmett by a trusted friend; I will certainly refer him to all my friends!
