Buyer reviewKim Finland is very knowledgeable. My favorite thing was that we couldn't find what we wanted in the town we were hoping for that was in our budget. Kim showed us how much more was available within our budget in the next town over. We were skeptical at first but quickly saw the benefits and that she kept our needs and desires her priority. We ended up finding the perfect home and we are thrilled. Kim is also easy to get a hold of and to talk to. We will definitely use her again down the road!

Buyer reviewIf you were to strain your imagination as to how you'd want to be treated so as to have an exceptional experience buying a home, and taking care of all the niggling details that go along with this, Kim Finlan is the realtor that delivered on that experience for us. You would think perhaps that were were purchasing a two million dollar estate, the way Kim paid attention and cared for us. We've purchased (and sold) four houses in the last six years, using realtors each time and having spotty results. Kim will rise to the very top of this profession with her skills, knowledge and people-savvy ability to communicate and encourage positive outcomes. If you need to put your trust into a greater area Chico realtor, Kim Finlan would be who I would choose over and over again and again.
