Seller reviewI appreciated the ability to communicate with my realtor and always receive feedback when I had a question. The realtor I dealt most directly with within the Jill Powell group was Shauna Shane. She was always available to answer any question I had .If she needed more information she never hesitated to go the extra mile to find all the details I needed. Our sale of the condo went very smoothly which I attribute to the expert communication of Shauna Shane and her immediate staff that was involved with the sale and closing of property.

Buyer reviewHaving recently retired, we came to the Myrtle Beach area to look for areas we may want to move to. We met with Jill who provided us with information on various locations in and around the area. She had a wealth of knowledge and was able to address all questions and concerns. Her recommendations led us to the property we eventually purchased. Living in Kentucky, we were unable to be there for the building of the home, and could not inspect it as it was being built. Jill assisted us by going by the property, providing pictures and feedback. When we saw some issues, she immediately addressed them for us and prevented us from having problems post move. I had worked for the government and had moved several times throughout my career. Working with Jill made this the easiest and least stressful move I have had. I can't thank her enough. I have already recommended her to a friend and will continue to do so. Thank you Jill.

Shauna was patient and responsive to our questions and concerns. We hit a snag with the hurricane but she remained calm and helped get us smoothly through the process. We are very happy with our purchase and very happy with our experience.

I had a very short time to find a house and not only did Stephanie find me several choices, she found me the one that met my needs and more. The whole team could not have been better.
