Buyer reviewWe were looking for a second home and searching through listings on Zillow selected one that we were interested in viewing. Jill Powell was the agent who reached out from our inquiry. She asked alot of questions to get to know us and what we were looking for in a second home. Based on the properties she scheduled it was evident she really listened and understood our priorities. We were coming from out of town and she gave us alot of her time answering all of our questions with a positive and professional attitude. She is incredibly knowledgeable with regards to the area and the whole real estate process. Jill and her team were very responsive guiding us from offer to closing and we would absolutely recommend her for all real estate transactions in the Myrtle Beach area.
