They are very helpful and responsive to client's needs and questions regarding details on the purchase. They will provide appropriate guidance and feedback to clients to ensure a successful closing (even with tight time frame given by seller) can be completed and regularly follow up to ensure the service provided is meeting client's expectation. I will highly recommend her to a prospective buyer or seller.

She was our eyes and ears when we traveled back to Md. We communicated everyday until we found our Condo. Shauna is the best! Extremely patient and kind.
