Buyer reviewNot being from the area. We looked at different brokers on the internet. Jill was the only one who had a bio on her life. Where she grow up, education, information about her family and reason for becoming a real estate agent. This was very impressive to learn something about Jill before doing business with her. Jill was great to work with. She understood what my wife and I was looking for to invest in, the period of time to close on a property, and what the property was going to be used for. After going over this information, she did all the leg work and took the time to make sure the property we purchase was the best for us. I also have to say her team was also a important part of the the buy too. I don't remember how many units we looked at in the 2 days we were in Myrtle Beach. She showed she was there for us and did what ever needed to be done so we could go back home and make the right choice on what unit to buy. Her team was great to work with. I would recommend Jill to anybody wanting to buy property in Myrtle beach. If Jill would ever need a personal reference in the future. I would gladly do that. That is how much she impressed me with her professional attitude, and personality she bring to her job.
