On many occasions, Jay would text me back within 5 minutes with an answer or update on how he just corrected the issue. I honestly believe we would not have gotten this house (definitely not in the timely manner in which we closed) had it not been for Jay's attention and ability to call the right person when needed. When looking at other houses, if Jay saw something questionable, he pointed it out and steered us away from potential problems. Jay is the best!!!!!
