Seller reviewWe have known Mr. Springs for many years but did not know if he would like to list our property since it was in Conway. Jay listed this property, as well as, another property of ours which sold last year. Jay has gone above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered, giving us wise counsel each step of the way. We are not saying that lightly. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and has the perfect personality for his calling. There are many real estate agents in this area but in our view, Jay Springs is the only real estate agent we will every work with. We trust Jay. We trust Jay with our properties we had worked so hard to acquire. (That being said, it should say it all.)

Seller reviewWe wanted a realtor with a proven sales record within a nationally recognized company. Jay grew up in Myrtle Beach and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. We also wanted a realtor who could give us a realistic view of the current market in order to get our property priced appropriately. Jay was always quickly responsive and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. When we received an offer, Jay helped us negotiate the contract, and dealt with the demands of the buyers and their realtor. The best realtor we have worked with in the Myrtle Beach area, by far!

He worked with us for over 6 months to make sure we found what we desired in a property and provided us information and his opinions on what we wanted to view. We trusted Jay to act as our proxy as we were not able to stay in Myrtle Beach for the duration of the process. He kept us updated daily as to what we needed to do or what we needed him to do on our behalf. We recommended Jay to one of our friends who we hope finds a Myrtle Beach property near us. We will recommend Jay to others and use him again for our needs!
