She relayed useful information and requested important documents from the sellers for us to have on hand. With her strong communication and attentiveness, the sellers accepted our offer. Seller reviewWe met with 3 agents from 3 separate agencies. Frank was very thorough and was willing to take our requests into consideration and modify his proposal / plan. He seemed to take a personal interest in our activity, and didn't just seem to be "for hire". He had great suggestions and was open to our input even if it didn't line up with what he'd prefer. We had to sell our parents house under very trying circumstances. Many unpleasant things happened with hospitals, banks, insurance, etc. I am relieved that the selling of the house went as smoothly and effectively as it did. Despite never wanting to go through this situation ever again, the actual realtor experience was as pleasant as it could be considering the circumstances. Frank was very proactive about preparing the house for sale. My sister and I were trying to arrange the house for sale from out of state while simultaneously deal with our parents' health care and housing arrangements. Without his help, we would not have been able to be successful. I especially appreciate the assistance in supporting the movers, painters, power washer, and handyman contractors while we were out of VA.

Melinda always answered my text messages quickly and turned communications with buyers around quickly. She explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. Melinda did a great job representing me and advising me with regard to my options. She understood that I was in a hurry to sell and positioned my house to best accomplish this. Melinda was professional, trustworthy, and if I was doing business in the DMV area I would try to have her as my agent again.
