Buyer reviewCathy was very knowledgeable of the area and understood what we were looking for and what limitations we were trying to stay within. She looked out for our interests throughout the initial negotiations and continued through our closing ensuring we were as protected as possible and explained anything that might have been a little confusing. We are very happy with our purchase and opted to go with her recommendation over a few other people we talked to that moved to the area before we did. Listening to some of their headaches now with their builders vs ours, we definitely listened to the right person. Would absolutely use her again and will hunt her down when it's time to move.
