Seller reviewMelinda kept me informed about all aspects of the home selling experience. She really understood our unique situation (having a long distance closing) and provided timely feedback. Once the contract was signed, she continued to provide regular updates all the way through closing. She coordinated inspections, necessary home repairs, and closing information. Lastly, she was a RIDICULOUSLY strong negotiator! I couldn't have asked for or imaged a better relator than Melinda Livingston.
