Buyer reviewI know the Keims from the community and trust them implicitly. They also are excellent community stewards, which is something important to me when working with businesses. I knew others had used them with success, so I really never considered anyone else. Theresa was able to help us negotiate an acceptable buying price in a sellers market. She was honest and works with the highest level of integrity. We had a lot of questions, and never felt that we were bothering her - phone, text or email. And even though I knew she was juggling a lot of clients, I never felt I received less than 150% of her attention. If you are looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend Theresa highly enough.

Michelle put the time and effort into us getting out and seeing the houses we liked and when we landed in a multi offer situation, she fought for us. Buyer reviewI had actually used another broker, but was very disappointed in them, so I fired them. My son recommended Jotham Oliver, so I decided to give him a try. He was wonderful! He showed me properties that met my criteria, was enthusiastic and eager to please, assisted me in finding the right people to handle the details, and had great follow through. I HIGHLY recommend Jotham. He was, without a doubt the BEST Realtor I have ever dealt with.....and I have flipped several houses over the years, so I've dealt with many Realtors! Jotham is an excellent Realtor. I highly recommend him. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Buyer reviewSince i am extremely picky when it comes to home buying, and the houses here in P.A aren't the best maintained or even upgraded at all, yet and still selling costs being outrageous...i can tell you that Brian went above and beyond in helping us find this gem of a house, at the price we paid! My husband and i are extremely satisfied!
