Buyer reviewAfter speaking to Robert at an open house he presented I knew that he would be the person to represent us. Robert's answers to our questions were honest and professional. I contacted Robert about 7:30PM the first day the property posted on the MLS. Robert set up our viewing the following morning and we submitted a bid that same day. Multiple offers were made on the property and due to Roberts advice our second offer was accepted. We don't feel we would have closed this deal without Roberts performance on our behalf. All details were professional and timely. We needed to call Robert to clarify instructions given to us by the CENTURY 21 staff.

Buyer reviewMy situation was unique. Bob understood it and was fantastic. I'm in sales for 29 years and I know good service. He cared about me and looked out for me. Bob and his company are the real deal. In fairness I tried 2 other brokers before Bob and neither contacted me in a timely manner. If you want someone to work for you, Bob and his team do the job right! Bob was my eyes and ears in Easton as I'm from NY and I really knew nothing about the area. He understood what I was looking for and vetted properties accordingly. I wouldn't think of ever using anyone else if the need arises again. Thank you Bob!

After multiple failed attempts at seeing homes and no communication with a previous real estate agent, I finally gave Century 21 a shot and found Michelle to be the best person ever for the job. She worked with us and answered all my question even if they were common sense ones. I would definitely recommend Michelle to everyone i know are considering to be first time home owners as well.
