Seller reviewSo, listen - I really didn't know what to expect when it came to the home selling process. I expected nothing but hassle, ergo I dreaded it like the plague. .......THEN I met Kim Ruhl. And if you've ever met her, you already know what I mean! Working with her was a true pleasure; she made sure I understood the logistics of the process, spelled out what to expect every step of the way, not to mention she went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable/achieving the exact end result that I wished. She was literally available 24/7 to answer questions for me, explain any confusing issues, whatever the case. And really, can you ask for anything more in a real estate agent? If you want one on one service, someone who makes you feel more like a friend than just another pay check, then you can't go wrong with this one. I enlisted Kim's help with selling my home on June 26, 2017. My home was officially sold (closed and everything!) on July 21. Less than a month later. If that doesn't speak for itself, I don't know what else will. The best advice I can give you, and which you can thank me for later, is to use Linda Friedrich/her staff for any and all of your real estate needs. After this experience, I know I will!
