When it came time to negotiating price she actually got it down lower than we plan to and she wanted the best deal for my girlfriend and I.

Buyer reviewI called my agent, Brad Krueger, numerous times on weekends and late into the evening for support in dealing with the home builder and mortgage company, and he was always there for me, even though I know I interrupted his personal life a few times. He really gave me the confidence that I could make this huge home purchase happen. I couldn't have done that with out him. He was right there with me all the way through the process. I loved how organized their company was. From the brochures and forms they gave me, to even offering a moving truck for my use. Everything made the move possible, since I was on small budget with huge financial constraints. They were right there with me and always concerned. Even at the risk of losing the sale, they were, at times, more concerned that I made the right financial decision, rather than pushing me to hurry and make the purchase. That was extraordinary customer service. I really appreciated that. Such a friendly approach that is rare. Other than the financial challenges I brought to the table, my agent went out of his way to make sure my needs were met, first and foremost. That was very surprising and refreshing to know. Brad Krueger is an excellent agent, very polite and thorough, and I will recommend him to everyone I know. I give Brad and Linda's team an A+ rating.
