Buyer reviewLisa has been absolutely amazing to us throughout the entire process. She is an extremely hard worker, very knowledgable and has done everything in her power to keep us happy (even with my 1million questions) . I would absolutely use her services again in the future, and would recommend her to family and friends. She really made purchasing a home an enjoyable experience. Thank you Lisa! You're the best!

Buyer reviewI contacted Lisa a little more than a year ago to view a foreclosure I viewed on Zillow, which had her name as a Real Estate Agent that had sold a property in the area recently. We met and viewed the home, gave my background financially, letting her know that our family had some medical issues which led to collections and a low credit score and also that we had been repairing our credit score by paying the negative balances on our credit report for around 3.5 yrs. When I mentioned that I estimated that we might be ready in a year to purchase a home but figured I would need a cosigner, she encouraged me to speak with a mortgage broker to look at my credit report. She was very confident that I was closer to being able to utilize my VA Loan benefits to purchase a home sooner than I thought. After getting her card, as well as the brokers number, I called and was informed I had two items to take care of, one of which was only having to reduce our balance of our credit cards to 25%. I called her back to inform her what the broker informed me what I had to do, and also that it might take us around six months to take care of the other item on our credit report. Ever couple of months I would contact her to let her know our status of where we were at in taking care of that last item, at no time did we feel pressured or annoyed to purchase a home with her, she was 100% professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When we finally fixed the last item that we needed to seven months later, we began our search for our home. With Jacksonville being home to two Marine Corps bases the majority of clients are young military families that purchase home the leave in three to four years. Being prior military but now working Civil Service at the Naval Hospital on Camp Lejeune we plan to live and retire here in Jacksonville. Lisa's determination and dedication to her profession was very impressive during the search for home. We all had a laugh and always referred to it as finding "our forever home". Even while she was working with her other clients, it seemed she made it her life's mission to understand what we were looking for in a home and how to find one my wife and I could agree on (two totally opposite personalities/tastes in home architecture/layouts). The more houses we looked at the more familiar she became in what my wife and I would compromise on, the more home she did not waste our time viewing. We continued to look for around 3 months then signed a contract for a home in the Canyons Edge subdivision. We put down our earnest money and were really excited and looking forward to living in this home. We went there before closing to plan on how we going to have the back yard, type of fence to put up, concrete to pour for our gazebo. After being their for about 20 minutes a neighbor began blasting away at targets nearby and I had a reaction to that gunfire. I will not discuss on this site what my reaction to this was, only that due to my experiences in the Marine Corps I now have PTSD. My wife voiced her concerns and we cancelled the contract with that builder. Having looked at many homes at what seems like any hour of the day with Lisa, who sacrificed much family time to help us find "our forever home" I must say, frustration grew all around due to this occurrence. Lisa advised to stop looking for a little while, for us to relax so we could refocus when we began looking again. My spouse asked Lisa is we could use another agent, which Lisa said we could if we wanted but asked for feedback if we felt like she did anything wrong where she could improve for future clients, no bitterness or unprofessional behavior. After relaxing for a few weeks my wife called and got the usual firndly "what's up, Roxxy?" response from Lisa. She told Lisa that we would still wanted her to be our agent to find our "forever home". Lisa said she would gladly do it and, funny enough, already had three home for us to lo
