I was looking at properties on Realtor.com and made inquiries on several listings. Other agents texted me or sent emails, but Lisa's message felt more personal than others. Lisa was very enthusiastic and seemed genuinely excited to help me with my home search. She also has extensive knowledge of the Jacksonville area and housing market. Being new to Jacksonville, I felt very confident that Lisa could help find the right house for me.

During our search for the perfect property we spoke to and viewed several properties with at least 6 other brokers from various Reality companies. Lisa has a personality that is professional but down to earth. When possible, she was always willing to meet the demands of our conflicting schedules and arranged to show us properties with short notice and followed up with answers to our questions no matter the time of day. She has a wealth of knowledge to share regarding the negotiation and closing process for VA foreclosures and kept us on track throughout the paperwork process and made meeting VA timelines very easy to manage. She was reliable and never disappointed us throughout the entire process. We not only found our home in our desired location at a GREAT price, we gained a friend!
