Buyer reviewDavid is an amazing character in the real estate field. He's knowledgable, understanding, and really makes you feel comfortable. He is trustworthy. David was esponsive for all my concerns and doubts that I had. Halfway through the process, I felt like was talking to a friend and not a real estate agent. He was great at negotiating and really looked out for me as a seller. When going through the process or buying or selling a home, emotions are high. David gets that and is able to ease and facilitate through the process. He's an adept and experienced real estate agent and I would definitely ask for his services again when looking for a house in the Charleston area.
