Buyer reviewDavid is an amazing character in the real estate field. He's knowledgable, understanding, and really makes you feel comfortable. He is trustworthy. David was esponsive for all my concerns and doubts that I had. Halfway through the process, I felt like was talking to a friend and not a real estate agent. He was great at negotiating and really looked out for me as a seller. When going through the process or buying or selling a home, emotions are high. David gets that and is able to ease and facilitate through the process. He's an adept and experienced real estate agent and I would definitely ask for his services again when looking for a house in the Charleston area.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I are first time home buyers, and when my mother told me to call David (who is a personal friend of hers) I did not hesitate. He made the process so seamless. When we first started this journey, it was pretty intimidating, but after sitting and talking with David, I felt we were in good hands. David was flawless and on top of it all. With my husband being in the other side of the country, the hours were a bit crazy, it David perservered and accommodated us with grace and aplomb. I don't think I will ever find a better realtor than David.

Seller reviewVery professional and knowledgeable team. Knew all the answers to inspection questions as well as market value information. It is obvious this team has a lot of experience both selling and buying houses. This is the third time I have worked with them,twice buying and once selling. I wouldn't consider using anyone else,as all my needs were met, monetarily, timely and professionally.
