Dave was an asset to us, he showed us places that were exactly what we were looking for, and when we found the place we wanted, he made the process so smooth and gave us the satisfaction of knowing what stage of the process we were in at all times. Also it really made us feel good to know that we could contact him at almost any time we had a question, and he would get back to us as soon as he could. His communication with us was phenomenal, and his ability to keep us informed about things was astounding. Overall, we felt that Dave was a compassionate and caring guy that really cared about our situation. I would most definitely recommend him to any of my friends/coworkers, because honestly his services were the best experience we've ever seen with a realtor.

He was patient in helping me find what I needed and after listening to all my needs / wants, ultimately found my my perfect home. Home buying can be a stressful experience, but having a great realtor eased much of the burden. Dave was very knowledgeable on the "numbers" side of things, which we reviewed before we even started looking at homes. This gave me confidence that he was the right choice. I really appreciated Dave's patience through the whole process. I never felt rushed or hurried into making a decision. Machelle came with a proven history of successfully marketing and selling in my neighborhood and local area. She is known not only for these significant items, but also for her ability to assess, assist and estimate the benefits of making updates, improvements and renovations, such as the potential price increase and reduced time to sell (in my case, only 3 days on the market before it sold). She took good care of every aspect of the process, such as preparing the house, marketing, negotiating, final sales, all the way to closing (and afterwards). I did not need to pay attention to the process, as she was quick to refer (or consult me on) everything that needed my attention. For example, I do not know if print and other advertising was even done. All I know is, her excellent performance in all areas was duly noted, so I trusted that print and other marketing were well taken care of, as proven by the outcome of this sale. Machelle character is above approach, the only reason I rate her patience as "good", is because she in fact has very high expectations of herself with regards to timing and delivery. Essentially, therefore, what I am saying is that she may have been a bit "pushy", which is really excellent, because I tend to be a bit "tardy". Just a great experience working with Machelle- I learned a lot from her, how to manage a project, how to negotiate in fairness and honesty, to name a few.

I wish I could rate David Barton higher than excellent on this survey! He took the time to learn what I was looking for and found the perfect home for me in a few weeks. He is a very detail oriented and organized person, and coordinated everything with the bank, closing attorney, inspectors, insurance company and however many others that need to be contacted, so that everything was done in a timely manner and the closing went smoother than I ever expected. David went out of his way to keep me updated on everything that was going on by cc'ing me on emails or calling me. He was always available to answer any questions I had and usually got back to me within an hour if he missed my call. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was about all the rules and regulations regarding purchasing a home. I could go on and on about the positive experience I had with David as my realtor, but time won't allow. He has the patience of a saint and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with my many questions. He truly has his client's best interest at heart and goes out of his way to make the purchase of your home a pleasant experience.
