I wish I could rate David Barton higher than excellent on this survey! He took the time to learn what I was looking for and found the perfect home for me in a few weeks. He is a very detail oriented and organized person, and coordinated everything with the bank, closing attorney, inspectors, insurance company and however many others that need to be contacted, so that everything was done in a timely manner and the closing went smoother than I ever expected. David went out of his way to keep me updated on everything that was going on by cc'ing me on emails or calling me. He was always available to answer any questions I had and usually got back to me within an hour if he missed my call. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was about all the rules and regulations regarding purchasing a home. I could go on and on about the positive experience I had with David as my realtor, but time won't allow. He has the patience of a saint and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with my many questions. He truly has his client's best interest at heart and goes out of his way to make the purchase of your home a pleasant experience. Machelle Cox has always been very trustworthy, competent and honest in all of our dealings with her over the past 9 years. It's hard trusting realtors at times, but we have never felt that way with Machelle. She has been more of a friend to us than an agent.
