Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers my wife and I were extremely cautious and a bit skeptical about the whole process. Basically we were terrified that we would get a bad deal or home or worst both. Luckily for us we chose David Barton as an agent. He was patient as we searched for homes and provide us with essential home buying information and tips that made our finding a home an absolute enjoyable experience. I strongly suggest him to anyone and especially first time buyers, you will learn so much through the process. We can't thank Dave enough.

He would respond to messages and calls in a very timely manner and was always available to show any property that I wanted to see in the same day. He also gave me the best recommendations for other services I needed such as inspectors and insurance agents. Not being familiar with the area it was such a big help.

Machelle is incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate and a downright great person! She's excellent at communication and very observant, allowing her to pick up on all the key details to help find her clients the perfect home. She answered every single question I had in a concise and straightforward manner and quickly found solid answers for things she wasn't sure about. We closed on extremely short notice and with essentially zero hiccups thanks to her expertise. This is the woman you want as your realtor, hands down.

Buyer reviewDave REALLY knows his stuff. He handled everything expertly and explained things so that we could easily understand. He made our first home buying experience extremely smooth and comfortable. Dave went above and beyond in being available to us, and he was extremely patient and polite. My husband described his demeanor as, "able to lose a game of Monopoly with a smile on his face," and I thought that was pretty accurate. He's also just really easy and fun to talk to.
