Mark Frisco, Team Lead As the leader of The Mark Frisco Team, I take my responsibility seriously to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards for myself and my team. Tiffany Lima, Assistant Team Lead and Listing Coordinator As the Assistant Team Lead, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of our team. In my role as the Listing Coordinator, I write listing agreements and oversee the tasks that need to be completed before a listing can go live. These tasks include photographing the property, ensuring necessary repairs are made, and more. Once the property is ready to be listed, I add it to the Multiple Listing Service and ensure that it appears up to date on all home-buying websites. I also organize broker and public open houses to showcase the property in the best possible light.
Michelle Jerow, Buyer Specialist I am the Buyer Specialist, responsible for providing our clients with a hassle-free and seamless home-buying experience. My focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with them, so that they can rely on our services for all their future home-buying needs.
Robby Kidwell, Rental Specialist and Property Manager I am the Rental Specialist, and my primary responsibility is to offer rental clients the opportunity to view and apply for rental properties. I make sure that all fair housing laws are being followed strictly. As a Property Manager, I carefully screen the applicants who wish to rent a property through credit and employment checks. I collect rental income on behalf of the property owner and manage all the maintenance and repair issues at the property.
Bethanie Young, Transaction Coordinator As the Team Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for managing every step of the real estate transaction process, starting from contract to close. My primary objective is to keep our clients informed and updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. I perform various tasks such as writing offers, scheduling inspections, communicating with other agents, title companies, and lenders, and scheduling final walkthroughs, settlements, and more. My ultimate goal is to provide a stress-free experience by making the often-complicated real estate process as simple and easy as possible for each of my clients. I am eager to work with you and assist you in navigating the real estate process.
Shelly Gooding, Marketing Director I am responsible for designing and developing all marketing materials for client listings, events, and advertising, in my role as Marketing Director. Additionally, I plan and coordinate all of our events, including fundraising events that support local non-profits. I ensure that we maintain a consistent brand image that reflects the Team's mission and values.
Sarah Quinn, Executive Assistant As the Executive Assistant, my primary role and responsibility is to support Mark by managing his schedule, preparing materials for client meetings, assisting him in managing his coaching students, and managing his phones and text messages.

Buyer reviewShaLee and the whole Mark Frisco team was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was not the easiest of clients - I have very specific requests and I was in another state. ShaLee did video walk-throughs for me, call as soon as she heard of a prospect that she thought I'd like, and was really honest about her impressions. That is such an amazing combination of attributes for a real estate agent. I felt like she really listened...she remembered everything I said and had her eye peeled for just the right fit...and she found it! Closing, etc was a snap!

Really appreciate The Mark Frisco Team's use of modern technology to keep us fully informed all of the time. Mark Frisco pays attention to the details that other realtors simply ignore. Mark's sincere professional ambition ultimately benefits his clients and his Team members. Could not be any more pleased with every aspect of the entire transaction. Really appreciate the First Step and Second Step (Zoom) meetings approach. We received excellent assistance from Mark Frisco and Roxanne Fontana in preparing for picture day and the photographs were amazing, as was the photographer. We received an above-listing-price offer five days after the property was listed. Every little challenge along the way on the path to closing was expertly addressed by The Mark Frisco Team. Overall, it was a very positive, extremely easy experience for us.

Buyer reviewWe were in the process to moving to Maryland in Hollywood, Mechanicsville, Leonardtown, area to be close to family, after 1 1/2 looking with a realtor from ReMax, we decided to just to stay in NC, then my niece recommend Mark and his team. WE MEET MICHELLE, I was very skeptical but this little bundle of joy went to work and she did found a home and all of our needs. Again Thank you Michelle You are Awesome!
